Description
Pittosporum tobira ‘Variegata’ is a resilient evergreen shrub or small tree known for its attractive foliage and adaptability. Its green leaves are adorned with creamy-white or yellowish variegation, creating visual interest throughout the year. Blooming in late spring to early summer, it produces small, fragrant white flowers. Native to Japan and China, this plant thrives in Cyprus’ Mediterranean climate, tolerating temperatures from -5°C to 30°C. It is low-maintenance and can be used in borders, hedges, or containers. With proper care, it can live for decades and is generally pest- and disease-resistant.
